SilkyZNo fluids, so the volume limit isn't an issue. Tweezers and safety pins are allowed. None of the contents appear to be volatile or controlled substances. The biohazard sticker might raise some eyebrows, but it's obviously for when you throw away the used contents of the kit. I'd pack this in my carry-on without a second thought.
