The first batch of orders have been shipped. People whose order shipped should have received an email with tracking.
The vendor let us know that the larger part of the units received to ship out were in unsellable condition. They are currently working on contacting the manufacturer to get replacement units. We will make sure to update the group once we get updated news on the order.
We understand that the additional wait time is undesirable. If you would prefer to cancel your order, please contact Community Support using the “Contact Support” button in your transactions page (http://massdrop.com/transactions).
You can expect an update from us on 9/30 or sooner if something comes up.

elimelendezIf this is another case of moldy boxes your vendor/manufacturer need to get their lives together. They've lost so much money to poor storage/transport conditions it's ridiculous.
