How do I take my measurements and compare it to the given chart? Is there a guide to doing it right?

BoshnaqLay a polo that fits you well flat on a table, and measure across the waist, shoulders, etc and compare those numbers to the numbers in the chart. Measurements like the waist would then be doubled, since the fabric is doubled there. Hope that helps!
