I'd love to buy this if it had black on both sides and a black clip. The silvery color attracts too much (wrong) attention for EDC.

dalethornAre you worried about it drawing attention outside of the pocket with the titanium scale? The clip on this causes it to ride very low and essentially hidden. You see the clip, but as compared to many other clips it is pretty low profile.
I have this models big brother (literally just the scaled up version) and it is a fantastic knife.

cgdibbleThe clip is a minor issue, but not having it black on both sides is the bigger issue for me. I do carry some knives with shiny clips, but I don't like the one-side black and other-side chrome or stainless. Edit: I really do like the shape of this knife.

dalethornYou should check out the Lionsteel SR2 and SR1 in aluminum. Those are the knives the lil Lionspy and Lionspy are based off. The aluminum versions are less expensive and available in all black handles. Black blades too if you want that.

cgdibbleNot so much. But I have concluded that I don't like knives that are (mostly) black on one side and steel color on the other side. BTW I got a Spyderco Gayle Bradley in carbon fiber with 3.44 inch blade - larger than what I like for EDC, but the deciding factor is the bright parts visible at the top of the pocket. When someone asks "what's that?", I don't want to pull out such a large-ish knife.

dalethornThe GB is very high up on my to-get list. If you are interested in home-done ways of darkening those shiney parts, look into acid washing and/or stone washing. When done right, it can do some great things to improve the aesthetics as well as make it more discreet.
