gah, I just can't fall in love with that blade profile. Gonna have to hold one first before I can honestly commit.

curly_haired_boyWhat's not to love about the blade profile? There is a reason the PM2 is one of the most popular and sought after EDC knives. I personally have 8 of them (in different colors and blade steels). I hope you can find one to hold, because the handle is incredibly ergonomic, thumb ramp and finger choil have great jimping, and the blade shape is excellent for most everyday tasks.

TTJJOh, I know the handle and design and ergonomics are fantastic, but I just don't dig that blade shape. It's the same reason I stay away from the leek - I just have a feeling that the tip will snap off.

curly_haired_boyWhile I agree with you on the leek, I have put my PM2s through some hard use and haven't had any issues with the tip being fragile. That being said, I don't s tab them into things and then bend.
