G-skiiiI made the mistake of buying a Liberty biometric safe, it is a good paperweight. The fingerprint sensor stopped recognizing my finger after a few weeks and the key won’t work because the locking mechanism somehow shifted and is offset, so it’s a worthless locked steel box now.
G-skiiiLiberty are overpriced safes that are glorified gun lockers, fine to protect for the casual smash and grab but I wouldn't put anything extremely valuable in one. Sturdy Safe offers the best bang for your buck for no frills security with serious penetration protection that only someone prepared with the proper tools would be able to penetrate with a good amount of time.
TheOutdoorGuyMeh, I have one of their "National Classic Plus" models for my guns and then in the bottom of that I have two Biometric Smartvaults. Also have a few SmartVaults around the house, they seem to work fine for me. I had a buddy who purchased this brand and hated life. I went over to try it out and understood why he disliked it so much. No complaints with my Liberty safes over here though.
I do reside in Texas and can get better deals than on them though, so I understand when people say they are too high in price.
