For those of you who have yet to reach out to Support regarding the missing razor from your order - please send us the following photos in your reply:
1) Packing slip that came with the package 2) Box (show label please) 3) Any SKUs left on the item(s) received

_KatWJust to let you know I too have NO razor or stand included in the parcel but DO have a pack of Astra blades.
I think it would be considered a nice gesture for whoever made the mistake to be asked to add something extra to the parcel so that when it eventually arrives there's something to offset the delay and disappointment? Ideally not just a humble five Astra blades either.... (pleasant though they are) .

_KatWI have attempted to include scans of the invoice and parcel label using photobucket but am not sure they will have been sent successfully.....can someone please make an email address available that way I can easily include photos or scans and successfully sent them. thanks.
