Emailed support two days ago, still waiting on a response. I have yet to receive anything at all. No shipping notification, no blades, no razor. I'd rather not have to go through my credit card company, but at this point I'm getting fed up with waiting. I've been patient until this point but am feeling like it's a lost cause now. Unfortunately a very negative first experience here on Massdrop.
MattMF@MattMFI'm with you, over two months for a razor is ridiculous. During this time I think I might have received 2 emails stating there were delays with no estimate. This will be my first and last experience. FWIW, I did get a tracking number today and I was #39.
_KatWWell I finally got my package. Which is great except I didn't get any blades. I'm going to phone my credit card company and dispute the charges. What a terrible first experience on massdrop.
IanAndersonOh how excellent. I now have a razor and no blades. I can imagine I would enjoy shaving with it if I actually had blades. It's OK though you gave me a link to order them from somewhere else. At least Amazon will be able to get me everything I paid for in less than two months.
