jabbajacWell...I received my email with tracking for the PAX 2 after it was already delivered so it's not really reliable.

pauloantonioThat's interesting. I'm in the NY area and so far my experience has been I get an email from massdrop before the item arrives. I guess in general you're supposed to get the email when the item is shipped but there are exceptions.
