Just got my Stitch App and it arrived broken. Contacted Massdrop customer service and was told that there is no manufacturer warranty on this item, so I can only return it and get a refund. Buyer beware!!

An update to my original comment. Despite what the rep from Massdrop said, the people at the LapAppStore replaced my broken StitchApp and could not have been nicer. It was a pleasure working with them, and the StitchApp is pretty cool, too!
