My tracking web page looks the same as John's except I haven't received mine yet. Let's see if they turn up sometime.

zeraphI havent received mine yet either! I did contact support and they said when shipping cross borders there is not much detail in the tracking because it gets handed off to other companies. I'm assuming this is probably your situation as well. I'm located in Canada.
