I'm Canada as well and I've received mine a few days ago. Shipping info was blank the whole time.
Everything was a-ok with the glasses upon reception. The quality IS somewhat flimsier than I expected and the lenses do make things warp around the edges. By far my biggest problem with them is the fact that the insides of the lenses are not anti-reflective so if the sun hits you at the right angle, you'l see a reflection of your face.
All in all however, not a bad buy / price for a pair of cheap polarized sunglasses.
