Package arrived damaged. Shipped in bubble mailer. Should have been in cardboard box with air packaging. There is a slight dent in the speaker screen, but it works just fine. Easy to hook up by Bluetooth to Samsung Galaxy 3 phone. Much better sound than the phone (and will save battery on the phone, hopefully!).
I have been on Massdrop for less than a month and ALREADY I am aware that shipping is an issue - both from reading others' posts and from my own experience. If it's really costing you more to ship packages so they aren't damaged, we all apparently appreciate quality, so please adjust your shipping prices accordingly so we get undamaged products. THANK YOU.
