Hey just following up here. I waited patiently since my package was delayed. My black aluminium ridge arrived about a week ago. Even though I had seen pictures and videos, the look and feel can't really be judged without holding the ridge in your hand.
I was really hesitant about this wallet because even though it's a modern design, some of those designs that claim to be clever just end up being a bad thing that's marketed as new and different. Thankfully that skepticism washed right away. I think the weight of the ridge is just right first of all. It feels really nice in the hand. Still getting used to picking the right card out of the middle faster than I would with my plain wallet. More than that it can be a little embarrassing to sit there fidgeting to put my card back into the right spot. I know I'll get the hang of it though. The compact design is perfect for me and the money strap is a great idea. Pretty cool product. Anyone looking to consolidate should consider.
