If anyone's having trouble or missing parts, go to http://tacticalkeychains.com/?page_id=167 and scroll down to a little past halfway to send Brad a message! I had a problem with one of my screws and Brad replied, sent out new screws, and gave me tracking for it in under 15 minutes (seriously). Awesome customer support!
