Just for giggles Left is the machine finished after torching, middle is an aluminum version of what've been carrying (for size comparison) right is the Raw (will be torched soon)

Tactical_KeychainsI will tomorrow afternoon or Saturday. I'm going to attempt being slow and since I get up at zero dark thirty to drive a 500 mile route everyday (usually only 4 days but another driver had a death in the family, so I'm covering the week) I'm too constrained to do 'slow' work LoL I've got some Ti pocket clips from Prometheus that need torched too, so I'm going to have lots of fun things to color (hopefully without having to polish clean a couple times)

Tactical_KeychainsOk, it's torched :-) Funny how you don't notice small burrs till you throw a torch flame on a piece.
The colors are a bit more subdued in these pictures, but the raw finish is considerably duller then the machined finish as can be expected.
These are my 3 Ti pens (or over priced pens as my coworkers call em)
