Thanks again for joining the drop with the community. We submitted the group’s order with the vendor for the TTPOD T1-E IEM shortly after the drop ended and they have begun preparing it for shipment.
Once the group’s order is ready at the vendor’s location, they will send the bulk shipment to our fulfillment center where we’ll break it up into individual orders and ship them off to you as soon as possible.
The moment we receive confirmation regarding the shipping schedule from the vendor, we will provide you all with updated information on the status of your package.
Expect an update from us on 3/4 or sooner.

I heard these IEMs might be broken easily even if well taken care off, do you guys support taking it back if it's DOA or broken while used in a short time frame? I looked at your FAQs & Policies but I just want to make sure.

If the product breaks from regular use during the manufacturers warranty period we will talk to them and get you another unit.

What would happen if we receive the wrong color? If 408 people ordered, it's bound to happen to at least one person.

We will definitely make sure our warehouse team takes extra care to make sure the correct color is sent to the right recipient. On the off chance that someone does receive the wrong color please contact support (https://www.massdrop.com/support) and they will make sure to set that right for you.
