Mine arrived today, opened, and missing 1 hammock and both straps gone. I'm pretty frustrated right now, 3/4ths of my package did NOT arrive...and I'm not even sure of how to go about correcting it. I wouldn't trust Massdrops shipping at this point for any further products. Obviously the UPS "surepost" has no problems with opening packages and taking items from them.
We've been given the run around from both companies, saying that there was nothing wrong when they delivered the package (which there's obviously someone lying or not in the know.)
If massdrop required a signature we would have been able to avoid losing almost 75 dollars worth of product in this drop, as it stands I paid 4 times as much for 1 hammock because of their shipping methods. I will NOT use massdrop in the future as they have not responded even once to my attempts to contact them, and have no way to call them to resolve the issue. I'm extremely dissapointed.

Dangerous for them if they can't back up their service...

Tyler, thank you for this, Massdrop did finally get back with me and attempt to work out a resolution. I'm still down a Hammock and 2 straps, but they refunded me for the difference. I don't believe it to be an issue with you guys, simply the service massdrop is using for shipping. The issue I've run into is, if you have a problem with a package, each dept simply claims it was the other side's fault and you can't ever get a resolution from the UPS / USPS. I appreciate everyone getting back to me on both sides, Tyler, I will probably check ultimatehammocks out outside of this and see about filling in the blanks on what I have at a later date.
