A ton of IP cameras out there have an accessible RTSP socket, and from what I can tell from some quick Google searching these are no different. Unless the cameras have been isolated from the rest of the regular wifi traffic on its own VLAN, theoretically anyone that has a valid password for the SSID that the cameras are connected to will be able to access the stream, or find it easily doing a netscan for all networks it can reach. The following link is where Uniden provides instructions on how to set up an accessible URL that all cameras on the same network can be viewed in various video formats, even using VLC player: https://www.ispyconnect.com/man.aspx?n=Uniden. While I am okay with having a third party obtain prior-authorized access for a "visual verification" of a valid alarm event, I really don't like that these IP cam manufacturers make it so easy for potentially inexperienced people to expose their entire life in color & motion out to the internet.
