Must admit I was "on the fence" concerning this purchase. Thought worst case scenario I would flip it. Ordered the rubber strap because I was honest with myself and knew I would put it on a nato anyway so why not save some $ Well once I put it on the leather nato, I decided its a keeper. No longer looking at the Glycine field watches...

ThefabeOut of curiosity, what size is that leather NATO strap you have on there.

Mac1120mm, from "cheapest nato straps". The gap between the spring bar and case is rather thin so it will not accomodate a heavy thick strap very well. At least thats my opinion.

ThefabeLooks great! I received it as a graduation present about 8 years ago and it's still in wonderful shape, not a scratch on the crystal. About 3 years in, I dropped it on the tile in the bathroom and the second hand came off. Victorinox fixed it without question and sent it back in perfect shape. Just curious, what did you pay when it came up here?

Mac11Wow!! That’s an incredible deal! Around 350 I think and I remember it being a good deal at the time for a Swiss automatic. It’s my favorite watch in my collection. A ton of sentimental value for me.
