Most of these knives are indeed cheaper at Amazon, however, the butcher and cimeter are not. Depending on the source both are actually ~ $10-20 more.
I own the butcher knife already and it's easily the sharpest knife I've ever owned, including filet knives. Very tempted to pick up the Cimeter as well.
