So, basically this is just a fancy non-stick pan? Who cares about a fancy stainless bottom and anodized body? You still basically have a non-stick pan in the end. You are at the mercy of that coating. There are plenty of decent non-stick pans out now. Most don't last more than a year at best before chipping or getting "non" non-stick. Buy a $40-50 pan for $15-20 at a discount store. Rinse/repeat.
