The functionality of this is great. Customize your desktop; a range outside of normal workstations on both the high and low side; memory functions... my only complaint is that I've already had to reset it twice in the first two days by unplugging it. Given that this is a common solution on the back of the manual, I'm imagining this might be a common occurrence. Not too big of an issue if the plug is easily accessible. Can be a pain if it isn't.
