We were notified by Wellen earlier today about the status of our order.
Unfortunately, there appears to be some inconsistency with the inventory they thought they had and what is actually available. As a result, they will not be able to fulfill our order until the production for the next batch of the boxer completes in late April.
We apologize for the extended delay and disappointment you have experienced so far with this product. We have done more than a thousand drops in the past, and have very rarely cancelled one. However, after evaluating current situation, we believe that this is the best course of action for this drop.
You should be seeing refund back in your original payment method within the day. In addition, we will offer you a $10 in credit good towards any drop you join in the future. We know this does not ultimately solve the situation, but it is an additional token of apology to the group.
