Would the WenPod 2-axis gimbal stabilizer work well in a moving vehicle?

The gimbal will work well in a moving vehicle if you were holding it but not if you were to attach it to the body somehow. WenPod does however make a model called the X-1 that can be attached to a moving vehicle and stabilizes a GoPro very well.
