So, I have a pair of Saphire shoetrees that look exactly like theese. They are 12 inches long, but 11,3 incehes when pressed together. The length in the description, are those when pressed together? Mine work for size 10 (EU 44), so I would guess large, but if the length described are when not pressed together I need XL instead of L.
