Yeah, I ordered the large(I have size 10 shoes), threw away the boxes and forced them into my shoes(I have no previous experience with shoe trees), I had to force them in and they fit very tight(almost too tight to fit in the shoe). I then looked online and found out they aren't supposed to be that snug. I just took them out and my shoes have some signs of stretching. I submitted a ticket, hope to get a response soon.
