I just received mine and I'm a bit disappointed. I get it it's refurbished but it has visible marks all over (on the back of the controller and on most sticks). Am I just unlucky or is it normal?

ElisianoI'd say you got unlucky. Aside from the refurbished sticker on the box, I'd have had a hard time distinguishing between the one I received and a brand-new one.
