These are a good investment at 490. If you sit on them they will only go up in value, mainly because some of the packs are potentially seeded with power 9ine cards. I'm planning to draft a box with some friends and sit on the other boxes.

DeludedRavenI first started playing at Zendikar, power 9 was definitely not reprinted in it.
EDIT: I was mistaken, didn't realize some first print boxes had special cards from outside the set.

jcdrummerThey most assuredly do have a chance that the land card was replaced with power 9. Other stuff like Dual Lands. It wasn't just the first print run either. That's simply not true. These treasures were inserted throughout the printing of the set. I was also playing during Zendikar and I vividly remember my friend pulling a Savannah right next to me about a year after release from a fresh box.

DeludedRavenOnly first print boxes had the possibility of older cards. These are very doubtful to be one of the first print run (otherwise it would have said so to drive up the price).

DeludedRavenHe got lucky and was sold a first print run that hadn't been opened yet. That or it's just untrue. The "Treasures" were only in the first print run (for legal reasons).

DeludedRavenIt could be but you might have to wait a while for it to go up. MM17 boxes are still in distribution and they have a better EV than ZEN at the moment. Or more simply why buy a box when the ZEN fetches are the best you can hope for when you can buy a box where you'll have a better chance at plusing?
