That cleaver looks outstanding, anyone have one? How would it pan out as part of a small set of kitchen knives, with a 7-7.5" santoku and a 4-5" Euro-style broad utility knife? I don't know the name of that style, basically a conventional looking chef's knife but only a little longer than a large paring knife.
