Support for Alternative Layouts
This is a summary of how alternative layouts have been supported by kits such as Colevrak and Homing. It is not a discussion of alt layout performance and development, but if that interests you I highly recommend starting with Pascal Getreuer’s A guide to alt keyboard layouts (why, how, which one?). Is it POSSIBLE to buy one of the "originals" ? Anywhere? I would gladly buy one (or more) of the originals, if they can be purchased - anywhere. I have attempted to follow all the links, but it appears as though the company was having a raffle (8 months ago?). People had to enter, to hopefully WIN a chance to BUY one of their little gems.
I missed that raffle, as I didn't know it existed. What are my chances of finding a kitty key pad, to purchase? If the original is not available, how shameful is it to buy a "copy"? My cat would never know it wasn't an original. Yes, I would rather buy an original... but if not possible... it would be a secret between my cat and me.
