I'm curious about what "gaming profiles" means in this context. It's a display, not a keyboard or mouse with additional keys. What is there to change about the display, exactly?

RinyreDifferent profiles for different games. You can adjust brightness, color, and etc, then save it to different"gaming" profiles. I have one for fps games and one for RPG games.

dizzleThat makes sense to a point, but games change dramatically in how 'bright' the base game is from one to another too much for 'fps' and 'RPG' to seem distinguishing enough? I guess I'm just old-school with setting gamma and being done with it, haha.

RinyreThat's what I thought as first. Then there are blur reduction, color vibrance, blue lights, and other setting to match your gaming needs. Zowie/BenQ just make it easier to switch. The "gamer" profile does not have to be for games. I have my third profile set to movies (low lights).
