Anyone knows how this line compares to the Diplome, Pro S and Gourmet lines?

phoenixsongSo it seems the Gourmet is stamped instead of forged. Also, the Diplome has a higher Rockwell Hardness rating. Difference between this and the Pro S seems to be 3/4 tang vs full tang as well as the handle design
