I joined a drop last week (Yuneec Typhoon Q500 4K Drone). The order was cancelled for no reason. I thought the system was wrong or something. So I joined again. After the deadline, I thought the order was successful. Then two days later the order was cancelled again. And they charge from my credit card and then refund. This caused me to lose 1.5% of the cost and a little exchange loss. I wrote an email 5 days ago to ask massdrop. But I didn't get any answers. So I want to know if anyone has the same experience? Isn't the foreigner not welcome here?
