You need an ssd imo, HDDs aren't really suitable for even general purpose computing anymore. Make sure that psu is gold or above. After the mining crash high quality psus are pretty cheap.

What are you going to be using this PC for? Then I could have a good understanding of what parts to recommend.

That is largely a solid part list. I would add a Solid State Drive (SSD) as the primary boot drive and to store a few games on, will make the system feel much more snappier. Not sure what price your getting each part for, could make some tweaks I suppose such as moving to 9th Gen, but it is expensive and the 8600k, overclocked will perform very well regardless. What RAM is that specifically? Some higher frequency kits can help the CPU, more so when trying to deliver higher frame rates your after where the CPU also works harder then say when trying to draw 60FPS .
I assume that is the HP Omen with G-Sync and 165hz TN panel. I would take a peek at some comparable models which are usually cheaper (depending where you live) but offer the same specs: Acer - Predator XB1 and Asus - ROG SWIFT PG278QR
The other parts look fine and PSU is plenty.
