Been wanting one for the house for quite some time. Being a chef and knowing how much the professional grade ones cost, I could never bring myself to drop $600 to a couple of thousand dollars on one, just to use it at home every once in a while. If it comes with a vacuum sealer I'm definitely in, since mine for the house died about a month ago. If the price is too sweet to refuse I may get 2.

We love to hear you're familiar with sous vide and interested in our product! If you don't have a vacuum sealer, you can use the water displacement method with any Ziploc bag you already have at home: https://anovaculinary.com/video-get-air-normal-plastic-bag/

I know that method well. I also teach culinary arts in high school and we use the ziplock bag method a lot. Thanks
