My Massdrop Vast 35' curved monitor won't power on anymore. How do I get support so I can get this fixed?
Well the problem started a few days ago when I noticed when I powered off my computer, I would go to shut off my monitor and it would start to freeze and wouldn't respond to power off, by pushing the power button, so I had to resort to unpluging it and replugging it back in. Then yesterday I go to fire up my PC and the monitor won't power on. I would really like to get this fixed. I can do the work myself if I have to just need to order the parts, But I need to know how I go about doing that?
Can I still change my shipping address if my order got a tracking number already from DHL but it's still not existing from their system?
I used a wrong shipping address when I ordered so I tried changing the address from transactions but it's not changing. I emailed the customer support many times but they are not answering until I got a notification that the order is being processed and got the tracking number for DHL ecommerce US. Please advice on this issue. Thank you!
Sennheiser PC-38X - Expected shipping time to Europe?
Hey guys, so I have heard that Mass Drop has had troubles with shipping in the past. Furthermore many buyers in th US also expect long shipping times. I have ordered a PC-38X and am in Europe. Shipping started 2 Days after the pre-order, which is not too bad. However according to the tracking number it sits on "Close Bag" in New Jersey for the past 9 days or so. The status is "in transit". What shipping time can I expect?
Anyone interested in some Smart Home pre-flashed with Tasmota/ESPHome?
Anyone else finding it frustrating to have to crack open so called smart IoT devices (bulbs, switches, outlets, etc)? I'd LOVE to have Drop use it's buying power to buy a bunch of Tuya devices, and as part of that buy have a generic Tasmota image put on so it makes it easy for us to flash and use as we will.
Personally I'm specifically looking for a 13W/1300lm RGB + WW/CW bulbs.
