Just started my little collection of watches in February of this year. Just saw my Black Neo Sport Seiko (SSA383) is up on the Drop. It was actually my Seiko purchase this past February. Then I bought the Orient Symphony 2 on Drop a week later. At the end of February, I pulled the trigger on the King Turtle and threw a Bond strap on it. Definitely the stand out piece of my humble collection.
These are my first set of automatic watches. I also own a Apple Series 3 watch that has been my daily the past two years. Loving the fact I dont have to charge my watch at the end of the day. Good start to a collection. Am very happy with it thus far.
With the introduction of the new Grand Seiko Ninja and Ninjet, Seiko appears to have taken the line in a new, more "tactical" direction.

Hardly a day goes by where I don't thank my lucky stars for never having been bitten by the Dress Watch bug, but never more so than today, when I learned about Audemars Piguet’s latest limited edition (only 500) release of their 1945 classic--a watch they call the: [Re]master01.
Now as I've mentioned I'm no Dress watch guy--the delicate subtleties of design, and frankly the horological significance of this ticker are waisted on a guy like me. However, the more sophisticated among you can read all about it here:
These British Designed timepieces feature Sapphire Crystal on face and back. The design of the dial has been taken from the Thomas Ore clocks of the past, using roman numerals and similar hand designs to the original. All watches are stainless steel with stainless steel bracelets and are water resistant to 200 meters. Internals are Swiss Made Sellita Automatic Movements.
