Discovered a great gluten free Ramen

My wife follows a gluten free diet and I absolutely love Ramen. Not only is it delicious, but it's also a convenient "quick meal" to make. Recently I found these at my local Whole Foods and skeptically decided to give them a try, to my surprise they're fantastic. I don't know how, but they manage to retain a moderate amount of firmness and springyness that is generally lacking from gluten free foods. I strongly recommend you give them a try some time!
I usually cook them with some chicken stock, chili powder for some punch, and throw some chicken or shrimp in to round it out.
