How does the HD 6xx and HD 58x compare to Dt 770 pro 80 ohms?
I have a pair of Dt 770 pro 80 ohms and would like to know which of the two Sennheisers would broaden my headphone selection for different types of listening. Something more detailed and clear in the highs, unlike the stuffy, bass-heavy 770s, would be ideal. My music consists mostly of rock (Pink Floyd, Jimi Hendrix, Radiohead), electronic (Com Truise, Aphex Twin, Boards of Canada), and metal (Tool, Metalica, Deftones). I use Tidal and a Chord Mojo to power my headphones.
