"An error occurred: Internal Error"

Hello. I was trying to cancel my order, but I keep getting this message. I contacted support, but was told my others that it takes them a while to respond. One of the items ship on November 30 and the other is "Product Run Live" - not sure what that means. Anyways, I hope someone out there can help me with the situation. Thank you! edit: I purchased these items just a day ago.

I'm certain this is annoying at this point, but not sure what else to do in a situation like this! @jennychin Same issue as everyone else, thank you so much for your time and sorry for any frustration being summoned randomly may bring!

@jennychin I hate to pile on, but I'm experiencing the same "internal error" as mousecat01. My order is set to ship on Monday and I'm hoping to cancel before then.
