Any Canadians got trouble?
Not a hobbyist, so I didn't know about the tightening of the border regulations for folding knives. Learned about them about 2 hours after the 2 hours for cancellations.

I messaged support this morning. I don't know if I'll get a cancellation, but I'm hoping at least for a refund if it fails to cross. No reply as of yet.

This is infuriating. The Crux is legal to own and carry, I just can't buy it...sigh.

With how severe CSBA is now why don't they stop shipping knives to Canada?

I’m new to this as well and what I’ve been able to find so far about border regulations are vague at best. I live in Alberta and I’ve ordered two Crux in the last two months since finding out about Massdrop, and both have arrived unopened and in under 14 days.. I’ve read others say that customs on the East Coast isn‘t being as picky as some of the other ports of entry. I don’t know if they ship from Massdrop, or Ferrum Forge directly but they shipped from New York via Jersey, and it was 5 days before I received them after clearing customs. So my guess is they crossed the border into Quebec, and maybe they aren’t as strict there? I crossed my fingers every day until each arrived lol, but so far my luck has been good! I also just ordered a flipper from Hong Kong and it too arrived unopened.. They labeled it “kitchenware” so maybe that was enough to keep the CBSA at bay. I wish I had some hard facts on what will and won’t make it to your door, but hopefully this helps a bit.

Hi, I actually got mine too a few days ago. According to the tracking, it pretty much went in and out customs. It wasn't opened. No duties, taxes or fees charged either. Got lucky!

Good to hear! Hopefully it stays that way, I’d love to be able to access more knife drops in the future.
