The Spyderco Endura 4 has a locking blade, is easy to open one-handed, and has a decent blade. The most important part here: It locks open, unlike the Victorinox which will end up cutting your finger off. (Okay, exaggeration there, but really, don't use a folding knife which can't be locked open. It's just asking for blood.)
reesI have used a swiss army knife for my whole life. The fact that it does not lock the blade did never cause any blood on my side.
I personnaly preffer a swiss army knife with a wine opener.
If you want you can even buy a Victorinox with a locking blade.

but that is a lil bit more expensive.
reesI love my Spyderco's, especially my Delica 4 with emerson wave, but if you cut you finger with a Swiss Army Knife in the manner you are referring to.... then you are misusing the knife. If you ask any knife to do things above that which they were designed to do, then they will break, or you will cut yourself, or both. There is nothing wrong with slip-joints!
