For making/answering phone calls, does the device have its own built-in microphone? (Or connected headset or headphone should have a microphone to have a conversation?)

The bluetooth adapter doesn't have its own mic. But you can use any headset with microphone.

I have the 1More Quads they were shown in the product image would this be a good paring with it for Bluetooth?
