Well I got the controller after quite a bit of wait. I use it as an Xbox 360 controller replacement. For what I want it to be, a small portable controller for some FFXIV here and there, it works pretty well. Ergonomics-wise, a full-sized Xbox controller would definitely be my preference, but that being said, the NES30 doesn't actually hurt to use and sits well in my hands. Yes, it's smaller, yes it doesn't have support for the rest of my fingers, but for reasons I can't explain, the controller sits well and didn't cause fatigue in the time I've used it for FFXIV. This might vary from game to game.
It's a pooper that the wait was unexpectedly long, especially for the first 150, but when it's all said and done, I got a pretty sweet looking controller that works for what I use it for. Also, if you want to use it as an Xbox 360 controller, be sure to power it up with power+R1, and be aware that the XInput mode only works in a wired connection. Doesn't bother me, but I know some might prefer the wireless option and will not be able to get it.

PerfectSquare150Hold R1 when turning on the controller. Once turned on, plug it in, and it should recognize it. If not, I did update its firmware before, so that might be it.
