Really enjoying this chair so far! I'm 6' 7" and ~270 lbs and this chair holds me up best of any chair I've used in a long time. Feels very sturdy. The arms are slightly on the wider side, and I wish they'd adjust higher/upwards more. I wonder if there is an accessory or method of raising those arms up a bit more. To be fair the arm height is probably where I "should" be using it, but I have my keyboard on top of my desk as I don't have a tray. Assembly was easy and nothing broken. One plastic preassembled piece is a little loose but nothing of note or to worry about. The only other minor wish is that the neck/head pillow would stay where I want it a bit easier. Going to see if I can make use of one of those plastic rings to keep it in place better.
Great chair. Fastest MD shipping ever. Very happy so far.
