skyrmionYes. For context, I own the jacket in navy -- it's not the orange part that frays, but the navy part. My jacket actually CAME shipped with minor fraying on one of the cuffs, but soon the other sleeve's cuff started to fray from regular wear as well. It's disheartening to see micro strands of blue nylon coming loose and wave around. I'm not sure what I can do to prevent further scuffing. I've owned the jacket for about two months now and wear it in normal conditions, as a jacket should be worn. I will admit I have a habit of putting my hands in my pockets, so this MAY have contributed to the fraying process, but if that is indeed what caused the fraying, it speaks volumes about the quality of the jacket. That's what you get for made in China these days...
