I got this watch and my android app won't let me turn on Alexa. Only the iPhone app would let me (Tried it on my ipad) This wouldn't be an issue but i have to factory reset the watch to change the host device. I had it working for a little bit but it just stopped. I had a prompt to connect my Amazon account once after re-downloading the app 3 times (You can't log out, you can only delete the app) but after about 6 hours my alexa on my watch stopped working. Their support line isn't very helpful so maybe someone here can help. The android app just scrolls down to "More" in the watch section, while the iPhone app has a half dozen options past that. How the heck do I get amazon connected? Also the always on display unlocking while moving your wrist is is horribly buggy and frequently breaks. Also the stuff like changing Celsius to farenheit is hidden in menus of apps, along with continuous heart rate, took me a while to find those. I really really want to like this watch because the screen is great and the price is amazing for the features, along with decent battery life. But i just want my damn alexa working.
