Uh, weird problem. So, I ordered 2 extra bases and only got 1 extra base and a piece of double sided tape....

Your orders were unfortunately among the ones that were affected as a result of receiving hiccup of the base clasps at our warehouse. We sincerely apologize for this delay. The missing base clasps will go out shortly.

nelson @nelson add me to the list of people lacking extra clasps. I emailed your customer service over a week ago and still not have received a reply( I doubt anyone has) and if it wasn't for checking the comments I would still be in the dark.

Not to worry. We are able to pin-point the list of orders that are missing the extra clasps based on the data points we have. Your order is certainly one of the orders that's affected.
