Edit: All is good, Arozzi is handling this drop directly now, ,no man in the middle, if arozzi is not running the drop, I warn you to stay away, warehouses dont give a shit
What shitty vendor even is this? Never process an order thru them again, Ive spoken to scott from arozzi on a different drop and he has been nothing but helpful to everyone there, I see no such support here.
Update: After contacting support I was only offered a refund, first time ordering thru massdrop I am Very disappointed. I recommend everyone avoid this drop until massdrop switches to a more reliable vendor and addresses this issue..]
Final Update: After talking to arozzi directly they really helped me out in getting the correct color chair, Ive received and put it together and it is a really nice chair, im still awaiting my return order to massdrop to process

I just want to point out that this previous Vernazza drop was sponsored by an Arozzi distributor, we actually had no knowledge of it until Crosshairs got in touch with us from another drop. I want everyone to know that there will be no such issues this time with the Vernazza. I also want you to know it is a great, very comfortable chair. All you big and tall guys will want to consider this.
